• Complicated Intra-abdominal Infections
  Initial: 100 mg IV infusion, THEN
  50 mg IV infusion q12hr for 5-14 days
• Complicated Skin Infections
  Initial: 100 mg IV infusion, THEN
  50 mg IV infusion q12hr for 5-14 days
• Community-Acquired Pneumonia
  Initial: 100 mg IV infusion, THEN
  50 mg IV infusion q12hr for 7-14 days

Reconstitution :

• Each vial TIGEPOL should be reconstituted with 5.3 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP, 5% Dextrose Injection, USP, or Lactated Ringer's Injection, to achieve a concentration of 10 mg/mL of tigecycline.

Storage :

• Prior to reconstitution, Tigecycline should be stored at 20° to 25°C.
• Once reconstituted, Tigecycline may be stored at room temperature for up to 24 hours (up to 6 hrs. in the vial and the remaining time in the intravenous bag).
