Reconstitution :
Each vial TIGEPOL should be reconstituted with 5.3 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP, 5% Dextrose Injection, USP, or Lactated Ringer's Injection, to achieve a concentration of 10 mg/mL of tigecycline.
Storage :
Prior to reconstitution, Tigecycline should be stored at 20° to 25°C.
Once reconstituted, Tigecycline may be stored at room temperature for up to 24 hours (up to 6 hrs. in the vial and the remaining time in the intravenous bag).
